With the recent developments in the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reassure you that the West Island Therapy and Wellness Centre has taken certain precautions and set up new office sanitation protocols (e.g. all clients and staff must wash their hands with soap and water upon entering the clinic).

Our hope remains that you will continue to come into the office. However, we wanted to be proactive and continue to provide the quality of service and care that you have come to expect and deserve. We have also implemented web-based video conferencing (ZOOM) that will allow you to have therapy sessions “on-line” with your therapist using your personal phone, iPad or computer and in the comfort of your own space. It is super easy to use and completely confidential.

So, if you have recently traveled out of the country or are sick with cold, flu or viral symptoms we ask that you call to book your zoom session rather than a face-to-face session. If you’d like to switch your appointment to a Zoom session please let us know. Payments can be processed by credit card or e-transfer.
