Stephanie Brookman is an individual, couple and family psychotherapist who has been working in the field for the past 1o years. Stephanie has worked in both the public and private health care sectors and has particular experience working with individuals and families affected by autism, intellectual disabilities as well as mental illness.
Stephanie received her Bachelor degree in psychology from McGill University and also obtained a Bachelor and Master’s degree in social work from McGill University. Stephanie has specific training in the field of marital and family therapy and is a member of the Ordre Professionel des Travailleurs Sociaux de Québec and the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. Stephanie uses an emotionally focused approach to therapy and offers short term and long term therapy to individuals, couples and families.
