Jaclyn Mestel is an licensed psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of adolescents and young adults. She specializes in issues associated with anxiety, eating disorders and depression. Jaclyn received her bachelor degree in Social work from McGill University and her Masters degree in social work from University of Toronto. She has also had Post Masters training in both psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.

Jaclyn has worked as a high school guidance counselor and has lectured to parents and teenagers on a wide variety of mental health topics.
